Phone calls route to voicemail through CallRail, and the Netlify form sends service requests to the site operator. Analytics and payments remain inactive.
Current call handling
The published phone number routes calls through CallRail directly to voicemail. The site does not currently forward calls to an automotive service provider.
Information processed for calls
CallRail may process the caller's phone number, call timing and related call metadata, and any voicemail the caller chooses to leave. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to describe the vehicle concern.
Service request form handling
The Netlify service request form collects the details you choose to submit and sends a notification to an operator-controlled Google email account. The information may be used to review the request, contact you, and help arrange a response to the requested vehicle service.
Manual sharing for service requests
This is a lead-generation website. The site operator may manually forward relevant contact and vehicle information from a service request to a suitable independent automotive service business so that business can respond about the requested service. Submissions are not automatically routed, and submitting the form does not confirm a provider, appointment, availability, or price.
Storage and service providers
Netlify processes and stores service request submissions, and Google processes the operator email notification. These service providers may process or store information outside Canada, where foreign laws may permit lawful access.
No newsletters or unrelated marketing
Service request information is not used to subscribe visitors to newsletters or for marketing unrelated to the requested vehicle service. Analytics and payment services remain inactive.
